What I have also noticed is that many of those success stories are people who have previously tried Multi-Level-Marketing. I was involved in Multi-Level-Marketing (MLM) a while ago and although I thought I’d be the perfect candidate I found the systems used by these companies are from the 80’s. They were so old-school making me travel to lame home meetings and product parties on my weekends. I then teamed up with a Top Tier Direct Selling company and used many of the things I learnt while in MLM and am now a successful home business owner.
As with in any business, the key concept is to find a successful team or individual and copy them with consistent action.
So, the 1st attribute Multi-Level-Marketing people have that makes them successful at Top Tier businesses is:
NO# 1 – SYSTEM People in MLM know about Systems and how to work them. They don’t try and re-invent the wheel, they work their tail off and follow the System, which is great, but unfortunately for them – MLM Systems are very outdated.
NO# 2 – NETWORKING Networking is all about the TEAMWORK. This is taught in MLM and probably what makes people stay in the business for longer than they should.
NO# 3 – LEADERSHIP Multi-Level-Marketers realise the ones who do well are leaders, so even if they’re not a leader – they study leaders and copy what they do. Learn leadership skills and your business will explode.
NO# 4 – EFFORT MLM companies push their people to make an effort. But not just some of the time, but consistently and this is what is crucial in any business. Focus on your effort and the results will come.
NO# 5 – DESIRE This is the most important thing you must posses! If you don’t have a desire then forget the business. It doesn’t matter if you own a shop, are part of an MLM company or Top Tier business without a DESIRE you won’t succeed.
